Private Label Hoodie Manufacturer: project planning

Develop private label hoodies with your chosen fabric weight, hood shape and branding.

Fabric, fit and sample checks

Distinguish brushed fleece from loopback fabric and confirm composition, weight and shrinkage. Define hood dimensions, rib recovery, pocket construction and any zipper or drawcord details. Review the balance of an oversized fit and approve decoration placement on the complete sample.

Prepare a quotation request

Send your reference style or tech pack, fabric direction, size chart, artwork and quantities by colour and size. Tell us the destination market and requested schedule. Material availability, sampling work, minimum quantities and timing are confirmed for the agreed specification.

Compare fabric references and decoration techniques. Use OEM production for your defined specification or discuss ODM development from a reference style. Review sample approval before bulk production, then send your project brief for a quotation.

Hoodie and sweatshirt development details

Confirm pullover or zip construction, hood shape, rib dimensions and pocket placement. Describe fleece or loopback fabric requirements separately from garment weight and fit.

Approve branding and the size range

Confirm chest width, body length and sleeve measurements on the sample. Specify logo dimensions and placement away from zips, seams and pockets; split order quantities by color and size.

For a focused crewneck selection without a hood, compare crewneck sweatshirts. Pair the project with joggers where required.
