Four stages, from brief to delivery

Confirm key decisions before each next stage so the sample, specification and order stay aligned.

  1. 1

    Brief and approach

Share references or a tech pack, quantities and destination market. Choose an OEM or ODM starting point.

  2. 2

    Development and sampling

Discuss fabric, fit and branding. Review measurements, colours and workmanship on a sample.

  3. 3

    Production and inspection

Produce to the approved sample and written specification, with agreed garment and packaging checks.

  4. 4

    Packing and shipment

Confirm labels, carton information and delivery arrangements for the destination and order terms.

Build a coordinated private label range

Plan the garments, colours and size range together. List quantities for each style, colour and size combination so your quotation reflects the actual collection.

  • T-shirts Confirm fabric weight, neckline, fit and artwork placement.
  • Hoodies Review fleece or loopback fabric, hood, rib and zip construction.
  • Shorts Define inseam, waistband, lining and pocket requirements.

Use OEM production for a defined tech pack or ODM development to adapt references.

Review our factory information and quality inspection workflow as you prepare your project brief.

Custom clothing questions

Discuss these details early to clarify the development direction and quotation scope.

Can I start without a complete tech pack?

Send reference images, a garment sample or your existing design, together with the intended fit and use. We can discuss missing measurements, fabric and construction requirements during development.

Should I choose OEM or ODM?

Use OEM when you have a defined design and specification. Discuss ODM when adapting a reference style, fabric, proportions and branding. Both routes require material review, sample approval and agreed production specifications.

What determines the minimum order quantity?

The style, fabric and trim minimums, colours, decoration and quantities per style and colour all matter. Share the total and size breakdown; applicable minimums are confirmed in your project quotation.

How are sampling and bulk lead times agreed?

Fabric availability, pattern work, sample revisions, order quantity and production scheduling affect timing. Discuss sampling, production and transport separately, then confirm the plan against approved samples and order conditions.

Can I customise branding, labels and packaging?

Discuss artwork, printing, embroidery, woven labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging. Provide designs, placement and dimensions so materials, processes and buyer requirements can be reviewed.

How do quality requirements carry into repeat orders?

Agree inspection scope using the approved sample, measurement chart and written specification. Reconfirm the specification version, materials and colours for repeat orders, and approve any changes.
