Information we collect

We collect information you submit through inquiries, account registration and business correspondence, including contact, company, product specification and order information. We also process essential technical information needed to secure and operate this website.

How we use information

We use it to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, develop samples, fulfil orders, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and choices

Essential storage supports language, security and privacy preferences. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled until you choose them. You may reopen Privacy choices at any time. Global Privacy Control signals are treated as an opt-out of optional processing.

International visitors

Visitors in the EEA and UK may exercise access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection rights under applicable data protection law. California residents may request access, correction or deletion and may opt out of sale or sharing; we do not discriminate for exercising these rights. Other visitors receive the same baseline controls, subject to local law.

Retention, transfers and security

We retain information only as needed for the purpose collected, contractual records and legal requirements. International transfers use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. We apply access controls, audit records and security monitoring.

Contact us

Use the Contact page or the published company email to submit a privacy request. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

Account and visit analytics

If you enable analytics, we record your IP address, account identity when signed in, pages and products viewed, referral source, language and event time. We link these records to understand buyer interests, improve service and detect abuse. Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days and access is restricted and audited.

Optional Google analytics

If configured, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads only after you agree to analytics in Privacy choices. These services may use analytics cookies and process usage data through Google. Our enquiry event excludes the enquiry text, files and contact details; page events exclude URL query strings and fragments. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization are denied by the website integration.

You can withdraw analytics consent through Privacy choices in the footer. The page reloads to stop the loaded tag runtime. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent loading. Google Tag Manager tags must be configured to respect these consent choices.
